- Additionally, entrants must submit a written essay of 200 words or less responding to the following prompt: Tell us why your mother or mother figure deserves to win the prize in this Contest, which is $10,000.
- Entrants must also submit a recent photo of the Contestant for potential publicity purposes as provided in the Official Rules, and must receive permission from the Contestant to submit the Photo as part of the Contest, including, without limitation, for potential publicity purposes.
